Graeme Swann is named as English cricketer of the year

Off spinner Graeme Swann was named as the England's cricketer of the year on the monday at Lords cricket ground in a function arranged by English and Well's cricket board.
The 31 year blower had beaten his fellow team mates Collingwood,Stuart Broad,Strauss and James Andereson in the run for English player of the year.
Swann had taken 149 wickets from 68 matches which includes Test matches,One-Days and T-20s for England Cricket Team.
He is not only good at taking the bells of the stumps but as well hitting the ball out of the boundary.He had scored over 1000 runs in all formats of the game some times which supposed to be handy for the team's win.
After getting the award he said" I am feeling proud on myself for getting this award and it will further encourage me to perform well on the grand stage of cricket".
